Lyn71
I have Windows Xp with service pack 2. However, I cannot find the Bluetooth service anywhere. I have looked in programs, device manager, everywhere and cannot find it. From what I have read it was supposed to come with the service pack if you didn't already have it. I've been at this for two days....help!

Lyn71
No, sorry. The problem is there is no "Bluetooth" anything anywhere on my computer. I did what your link says about typing in bthprops.cpl in run and nothing happens. It seems there is no program for bluetooth anywhere on my computer. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Do you actually have any bluetooth device on your computer? Anyway, you are running a very old Windows version; you should really think about installing SP3.
-pops-
You require to have hardware to utilise Bluetooth - either built-in or a Bluetooth dongle (usually a small USB device). Do you have either of these?
