doug
Following andsome's suggestion I'm going to spread the word a bit regarding my recent activities re: the Great North Run. My question is - should I include my e-mail address on my website? It is possible that it may result in a little more dosh for the fund. However, I am concerned about the possibility of spamming, attracting viruses etc. I am running mailwasher, AVG and Zone Alarm but is there anything else I should do? B)PS I'll make a specific refernce to the Forum - promise

doug
How does that work Mark? My version of mailwasher only handles 1 account and I am with plus?
mark2
Doug, hotmail is web based so you can read them online, delete them on line. Hot mail has a basic junk mail filter, you still get the pron spam tho.You can get a hotmail address by going via msn.co.uk
