Goldenmyth23 Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 Hello.My computer has a black screen with a white cursor at the top left (nothing else) . I cannot access the computer through safe mode or through a clean disk or usb drive through the BIOS utility setup like seen on other post. Also system recovery, system repair do not work. I pretty much tried everything i researched on the computer. Is it something i am doing wrong? Or is it just a hardware error? Belatucadrus Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 Looking at all you've tried I would suspect a hardware problem first thing would probably be to ensure all cables are seated correctly.Usual rules before opening case, ensure it's unplugged and keep well away from the Power Supply Unit, that ones potentially dangerous even when unpluged.
