Boris
Looks a bit like a Santa Claus face ????It is almost impossible to help you remove it if we don't know what it is :(Do you have up to date Anti-virus on this machine ? - and have you scanned it for malware ?What make/model of PC is it ?What Operating System - it looks like Vista/Win 7 ?????If it has only started happening recently, try doing a System restore back to a point before it started ? Boris
This is what was causing the problem :-Interactive Services Detection See http://blogs.msdn.com/b/patricka/archive/2010/04/27/what-is-interactive-services-detection-and-why-is-it-blinking-at-me.aspx
MANEMAN
Thanks Boris. The link previous, sort of dangerously solved the problem, but thinking about it further, I would not suggest turning off any services without first checking what you are turning off,- and why. Some amateur websites fall short of answering those questions. I wont be going there again. I would prefer to go to the MSDN blog where Boris solved the problem for us and find the whys?, wheres ?, and fuller explanations as to what exactly is going on:Pat's Windows Development Blog
JiniOnline
It seems to be a Virus issue. Full scan your pc with update antivirus application.
