Whilst some members might access the rules from the link to which you refer, I would guess from the content of a number of threads, that the rules have not been seen at all. A brief reference to the detail in the link might avoid the locking of threads, which has proved to be an issue recently. This was intended to be a constructive, not destructive, new thread.
