vectramind
Hello there, Im using windows live mail since 2 years. Recetly I have met a problem with that, is while opening the messenger it is showing the error "You are currently offline, would you like to go online now? " If I click YES, then again the below message is displaying --- There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. Can anyone out there to help me in this regard? Im using windows 7 proffessional. Thanks in advance.
Boris
In Windows Live Mail does the Work Offline icon have a red cross on it ? That may be the reason ?

southmp3plus
If you are unable to send email, you should first verify that you have your email client configured properly. Below are the SMTP SSL and Non SSL settings. you should use one of the following: SMTP Settings Non SSL Settings SSL Settings Incoming Server: mail.your-domain.comOutgoing Server: mail.your-domain.comUsername: Your full e-mail addressPassword: Your e-mail account passwordIncoming Port: POP3 110 or IMAP 143Outgoing Mail server (SMTP) Port: 587SSL: NO SMTP Authentication Required Secure Authentication or SPA needs to be turned off Incoming Server: secure##.inmotionhosting.comOutgoing Server: secure##.inmotionhosting.comUsername: Your full e-mail addressPassword: Your e-mail account passwordIncoming Port: POP3 995 or IMAP 993Outgoing Mail server (SMTP) Port: 465SSL: YES SMTP Authentication Required Secure Authentication or SPA needs to be turned off
andsome
Have you tried uninstall it, clearing out with C Cleaner, then installing the latest version? That would be my first attempt at putting things right.
