2015 Internet Browser Software Product Comparisons

Recommended Posts

A browser is like Marmite - Love it or hate it..

I use Firefox. Any others that I have tried I consider to be rubbish. A person sitting at the side of me now has the same view about IE.

I have a friend who considers Opera to be the bees knees -then again there are some who like Google search.

I try different browsers as they come to my notice but I've not found one to replace Firefox that I would retain for longer than a short test period.

I did like Netscape, though, before Firefox came along.

Personal preference is for either :-

Pale Moon - a forked version of Firefox. Firefox is created with maximum compatibility, whilst Pale Moon is created for efficiency and user choice.

Comodo Dragon - based on Chromium and with a similar interface to Google Chrome,

Dragon does not implement Chrome's user tracking and other privacy-compromising features, and has additional security features.

It also uses their own Comodo Secure DNS servers instead of the default DNS servers provided by your ISP.
