andsome
I have a Garmin nuvi 265WT. Of late I have been getting an unusual message every time I switch it on, and occasionally while driving. It says 'connection to phone has failed' I have NEVER set it up to connect to a phone. I have been through all the settings and cannot see any way of stopping this. Any ideas please? Garmin office are not working today.
Belatucadrus
It looks as if The Bluetooth is searching for a phone, can you disable it ? Owners manual PS I know the numbers on the pdf are different, but this is what the Garmin website directs you to for the 265WT.
andsome
I have been going round in circles in setting, and looked for the means to disable blue tooth. I eventually found the setting and disabled it, I must have done something wrong recently to cause it to be enabled. Thanks for trying any way, but all is OK now.
