AlanHo
A few months ago I received a letter from my Solihull Kia main dealers - from where I purchased my Venga - advising that they had some excellent news about my car and asking me to phone them on a given mobile phone number.Which I didI was met by voice mail asking me to leave my phone numbr and they would get back to meWhich they didn'tA week later I phoned and left a second messageWhich was ignored. So I shrugged and forgot all about it.10 daya ago I received another letter in similar vein - so I phoned the number given and was met by a voice mail message asking me to leave my phone number etc.So I left a messageA week later and I have received no response. What's the point???I have just posted a letter to the Sales Director of the dealership setting out my experience and asking him why they bother to send out such letters and then not follow up when customers contact them. It's bloody irritating.
Irene
Could it be some sort of scam?
Belatucadrus
Looks more like the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing, as you say counterproductive if not followed up properly.
