Belatucadrus Posted September 17, 2015 Report Share Posted September 17, 2015 My newish laptop was having a few issues with the CD drive so I go to the Dell warranty site, which with a few clicks automatically identifies my machine, confirms it's still under warranty runs a diagnostic, spots the problem and puts a one working day repair on the system.
