Only problem we've never used PPI or claimed it back. I have no doubt if I’d hung on a bit longer he'd have requested my bank details and any subsequent cash flow would have been out rather than in. So on the off chance you have reclaimed PPI and some bod phones with the good news, make damned sure it's really the one you asked to handle your claim.
