You really need to supply more details for anyone to be able to help.

 

My own view is that once a DVD player shows any signs of malfunction it is time to consider a replacement. Repairs made to DVD players are only rarely successful and, as the devices are now so low in cost, it is not economically viable to attempt a repair. What I mean by that is that you can probably buy a new machine for less than the price of a repair.
