This data can include:Hidden Revision Logs A Unique, Identifying GUID Comments, Keywords, Subjects, and other properties Recent Hyperlinks Last Saved Date Last Edited By Information Last Printed Date Revision Count Total Editing Time and more... -pops- Posted November 7, 2003 Report Share Posted November 7, 2003 I never let Word, or any other Office files out of my possession or my machine.All original documents, other than on paper, are released as pdf files. This avoids any chance of hidden and potentially embarassing data being revealed. This also makes it less easy to carry out modifications to what I've written.
