Mind some twerp once speculated on how much the Earth's gravity pulling some of the light round. I didn't think our Earth was heavy enough for that effect to show. :)well on the radio today they said something about light still getting to the moon by bouncing off bits in the atmosphere.... not quite such a scientific explanation.As far as the earths mass goes..... well it might be heavy enough after I have eaten about 10 jam donoughts so that I can practice not licking my lips. It is a copper colour due to some light passing through the Earths atmosphere, the dirt in our atmosphere gives it the dirty copper colour.Heres a pic I took of it that shows the colour well :D not the best pic I know but it was the best I could do with my digi cam.....
