Thanks to a lot of help, I've at long last managed to include a couple of photos from my training route. Would appreciate comments especially from people not on BB because of the picture sizes. Newcomers click on the www button below.

Thanks for the info Shirl. Couple of domestic jobs to do then I'll start on the map of my training route. Originally I had used sections of the large scale maps from

http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/getamap/ but there was so much detail it just looked a mess. I'm going to try and trace out the relevant details. Some people have said they know this area so it may be of interest to them. :D

On BB but found the whole site very, very slow to load. Even getting to the first page took 20 or so seconds and then about a minute more to load everything on it. The bottom RH corner curve remained stubbornly absent until I forced it with a right click and a "show picture".

Maybe the fault is at my end - I'll have another look later.

May I make a point about the style? IMO it would look better in a font other than TNR which gives it a "letter/newspaper" feel. Also you may want to consider RH justifying. Just a thought

Sorry Doug, that comes with talking to my son too much.

TNR = Times New Roman - the typeface you are using. Windows and Office give you loads more (but be careful because tha Internet won't accept some of them) that could make your page look more like printed text rather than a newspaper or letter. Which one is best is up to you and the Internet.

RH justify = is to straighten up the line endings to a (invisible) margin line. In Word it's done by highlighting the text and pressing Ctrl, J

I can't easily give an example as the formatting here won't allow it but you should easily be able to try yourself.

BTW, drugs I'm on are Atenolol 100mg (v.high dose), aspirin, Diltiazem, Diclofenac, Atorvastatin, Ramipril, potassium supplements :( :(

Thanks for the input pops, I'll take it on board and play with different styles for the next but one update. Must get that map sorted - too many domestic diversions. Withe respect to your medication, I thought I had well with blood pressure getting down fro 170+ to 136/64 over the year. Unfortunately my Doc had too much time on his hands and give some serious thought to the cholesterol. He's now decided he wants to see it lower so I'm now taking Simvastatin daily. When do the docs decide that everything's OK? :bangin:
