I like it here so far, it is educational learning about the difference in humor and wit here than the way it is here in the states. The nicknames like Pommie and so forth I am still learning about. They call dogs in the US with mixed breeding Mutt so I guess thats what I am too :P You are correct moon, I am from a confederate state, we are definitely not yanks, the northerners refer to us as Hillbillies :D I live in a small town right outside of Nashville, TN. Music City! Andsome, the kitty isn't a vermin. But I got stuck with two dogs and a cat when my brother fell in love with a girl the next town over and she hates animals. So I kind of inherited the kitty. I moved back home to stay with my aunt to help look after her she is 84 and I am renovating her house a little at a time for her. She really loves the cat and he keeps her company so there is no getting rid of the annoying furball. I inherited a mutt outside and an indoor Rat terrier who is brilliant and loyal but they are all a pain in the bum to keep up with. But my 18 year old son is attached to the dogs so... we have a little zoo here. I go on vacation starting this Friday so I will be painting and renovating on the house all week. Some vacation eh? But I enjoy doing that sort of thing and it keeps me occupied and out of trouble :) I really like that British show changing rooms and a few other decorating shows I get ideas from.I bet you Brits have some amazing antiques!
