artist
Imagine you and your friend is in the middle of the Arctic with just half a dozen raw eggs and nothing else.Fancy a boiled egg?Get your friend to place his mobile phone stood up in the snow.Ring his phone up with your phone and place them about 10 inches apart facing eahc other.Place raw egg in between the 2 phones.Wait 20 minutes. And Voila! 1 boiled egg.Repeat until all your eggs are boiled to perfection...True!( do you want to try this, somebody?) Sir Radfordin
Surely if you had 2 mobile phones you would ring for help and not spend 2 hours cooking 6 eggs??Just imagine if you only had 19 minutes of talk time left!

andsome
I'm not going to the Arctic this year. I'll remember this next time I do go. Very many thanks for an exceedingly useful tip. We must all remember NOT to go by ourselves, but only in pairs, also to take our phone chargers so that we can keep the batteries well charged.
