Pilch Posted April 15, 2004 Report Share Posted April 15, 2004 makes me laugh with quad bike's, people think that they are safe, but dont realise just how dangerous they can be....seeing posh and beck's on one in the paper's really doesnt send out a good message... i basicallly wont go on one without a helmet, purely cos i got thrown off one in the summer when i worked with them...They are dangerous, and i mean some of the accidents that happen, ozzy and rick mayel could of been saved with some body armour instead of helmet.... as both suffered chest injuries rather than head..... which is normally what happens with quad bike's....The reason that i say this is that i have worked at a quad centre and seen some accidents happen, thankfully none serious due to people having the right safety equipment but the posh and beck's thing is bad influence....
