This is because i feel it is not required :D Secondly, i have added a play.com link at the bottom of the board. If you buy items from play, please think of WF and enter the site via the image here at WF. This may help with some funding for the forum.Craig. bvw Posted December 14, 2004 Report Share Posted December 14, 2004 Received my order, some yesterday, the rest today.One item I ordered was a Robbie Williams dvd...live in concert. Opened up the parcel to find a 4 disc dvd set of American Pie :huh: Phoned them, answered within seconds, and spoke a very nice young lady who apologised and asked me to return the package, they will reimburse me the cost, and she will re-order the correct dvd for me. I sent the package back yesterday, recorded delivery. Today I notice they have posted out to me the correct dvd.It's the first time something like that has happened but I'm really impressed with the service...they got something wrong, that's life.....but it's been quickly and efficiently sorted :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
