LaXdAwG Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 First off my system is ME. I am having a problem playing media files with windows media player, I just get audio and no video. My friend has tried sending me videos that are user created and don't work with other media players that I know of. Is this a common problem with ME? scuzzman Posted April 25, 2005 Report Share Posted April 25, 2005 You might also try MPlayer -- the Linux Movie Player (has a windows port).It plays AVI files fine... to install, you'll need the binary package available here, then unzip the codecs to the codecs directory that the install creates.
