I know you have already sent your picture as an attachment but for the record if you need to insert a picture in Outlook Express,1. Click on "create mail.2. Include the recipient's e-mail address and subject.3. Type your message.4. Click on "insert" ..... "picture" which should then not be grayed out.5. Browse to the file location of your picture.6 Click "open" and the piccie magically appears in the body of the message!. It never sends the emails so I just gave up trying to use it. I think it has something to do with my ISP Juno.
