I think it is because the forum software goes by the time on each members PC whether it is right or not, hence the different times displayed when you hover your mouse over another members username.

Ah, and while we're at it (asking silly questions): what are the [+] and [-] areas down here under the posting area? They are the only ones that have no tooltips.

And it looks like some of the additions to the BBCode got lost in the upgrade, e.g. the horizontal line. Not completely; one horizontal line appears if I add a second one, but the 2nd one does not.

Those forum icons... the second one indicates that there are sub-forums. :)

The + and - icons give you a larger or smaller text box for writing your message in... see more of it at once for long messages.
