I am not a AOL user, only their AIM! Each time I log on to my computer, and before I click on the Internet Explorer Icon... I get a drop down box with following message"INTERNET EXPLORER SCRIPT ERRORLINE 245OBJECT NOT FOUNDAlso, it displays an aol path address.Using the GOOGLES SEARCH, I discovered that this is a common problem.. Their recomendation to eliminate the IE error msg as followes:On the TOOLS BAR open INTERNET OPTIONS, next click on the ADVANCE TAB, then unclick DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING INTERNET EXPLORER and DISPLAY NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY ERROR SCRIPT.I've done this and the problem still exist!!!!Can you help me?Thxs,Tony Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

-pops- Posted November 27, 2005 Report Share Posted November 27, 2005 I am pretty sure that this is a fault with the AOL software that you are using - perhaps alone or a conflict with part of some other software in your machine.This being so, have you contacted AOL about it?Do you have to use this AOL AIM? Completely remove the current version, then download and install the most current version.http://download.newaol.com/clients/triton_...1.3/AOLDNLD.exeYou can also use a program named GAIM.
