This judge deserves prison time. And they should put the accused rapist in a prison with the horniest and meanest male inmate they can find..........then throw away the key.

I agree with you totally! There is no 'rehabilitation' for that sort of animal - it's part of his make up.

I agree with you 150%. The same thing is happening over here with woolly minded judges. A couple have just been found guilt of raping a small baby while they were baby sitting. They even photographed the attack. The man did at least get life, although that means that he will probably get out after about ten years, the woman got a paltry five years, so she will be out probably in less than three. I hope the cons wherever they are locked up beat hell out of the pair of them.

The only positive thing from this is the move to introduce mandatory minimum sentences and perhaps the impeachment of this inane prat who thinks that violent rape is some piddling misdemeanour. I doubt this is his first ridiculous judgement, maybe impeachment will result in reavaluation of some of his previous efforts.

I agree. And there is a renewed movement for uniform minimum prison sentencing for sex offenders in all States in the US.
