Using Windows XP Professional With Service Pack 2

In Windows Explorer

When a folder is open and the list of that folder appears in the right hand side box is there anyway to

do a "find" in the items shown?

To make it a little clearer.

The contents of a folder has 100 items. Can a "find" be done to locate all the items with the word "Santa" in them?

What about using the "Search" function (Start -> Search) You can tell the search what you want to find and where to look for it.

Or have I misunderstood what it is you want to do?

Nearly every time I come on line I learn something new. I have found it works just as well for W98SE. With another seven years experience of it I should begin to get the hang of W98SE.

I always understood the "ff" was a polite substitution for "rt". :)
