Hi there,

After some opinions more than anything. We've had our site up now for about 6months, and are looking to update it. The main thing I can think of personally is to get the phone number more bold, and to also maybe "liven up" the colour scheme a little. Although the main intention when we designed this site as it is, was to keep it as simple and too the point as possible.

We have mixed opinions here in the office and were after some neutral views.

Criticise away :)

What awards has your support won? This information should be available somewhere on the site - may be it is but I didn't see it and couldn't find a link.

The awards won were in local dot net magazine's for support to local businesses in 2004/5. Not really apparent for the new market that we are now aiming at, so I've just taken it out. (Had forgotten it was there! )

As for qualifications, I don't see much benefit in stating the individual qualifications of each member of staff, due to the variation, perhaps the network guy's may want to boast in that department though! Can understand your point so have put it to the board about things to add :)

I like that, nice and clear, the only thing I would say is go up a size with the small writing.

Looks fine to me except as pointed out there is plenty of room to increase the text size slightly, without apparent clutter.

Nice site (domain registration seems a bit pricey though ) I would agree with the others here, I think your font size might put you at a bit of a disadvantage. Potential customers will probably navigate away from your site if they find it difficult to read, rather than fiddle with thier browser settings :(

Thanks for the comments, all duley noted, will let the developers know lots of people saying about the font size!

PS. Domain's are a little expensive for retail, as we tend to try and keep away from this. They're alot cheaper for resellers though (once you've 'haggled' with sales :P), as its resellers/bulk buyers whom we are mainly aiming at. If that makes sense! :)
