acne help

I agree with pops on this one. You should also watch your diet. Too much rich stuff like chocolate is no good for your skin at all. Neither is junk food like Mc Donalds etc. Eat at least FIVE portions of fresh fruit and veg per day, and drink plenty of water. Leave the fizzy drinks alone.

Been speaking to my son about your problem and he agrees with me that you should seek professional help. If your acne is severe you might need the services of a dermatologist.

In any case, putting toothpaste on the spots will not do any good and could do the opposite.

He made the point as well that once you can feel the start of a spot under the skin, that spot will develop, no matter what you do to try and prevent that happening. What this means is that you need treatment before spots make themselves known and the easiest way to do that is from the inside. There are a number of systemic (tablet) treatments available - all the effective ones are prescription only.

It's a wonder I haven't got any spots as I am exactly like the above profile i.e. I am doing everything wrong :0
