Tony
Hi allOK so i went up to Baden Airport yesterday to cheer on our boys, there were about 400 people there, with a lot of them all kitted out with there England shirts and flags, i was surprised to so many Germany there as well as the English fans.It was a really good atmosphere. When the boys got off the plane we could only see silhouettes of them, (the light was bad and they were too far away)When the bus was leaving, i managed to get some photos of it, but the side windows were blacked out, but i got one of the front of the bus looking in, you can see Sven in the picture but not much else. Sven is on the left.Whilst up there i meet Helen (also a forum member) so once all our kids were together they just went running off to try and get the best view, it is amazing how they just push there way to the front of any crowd, and we can't :(After the team left, we still hung around for a little bit, then the kids started waving a big England flag around and shouting "England to win the cup" which then started to attract all the media, Brazilian, Spanish & German TV film crews filming them and egging them on, the more they asked the louder the kids got. We also got interviewed by the Daily Telegraph news paper. Then the new generation of English hooligans appeared, when some German kids started shouting "Germany to win the cup" and waving there flag the media just loved it and were lapping it up.All in all it was worth the hour long drive to get there, and my boy is now deffinatly a England fan, not a German fan ;DTony
andsome
I hope they do well, I will watch some of the matches, but will probably be too busy for all of them. It isn't life or death to me.
-pops-
Try using a polarising filter for photos through glass. For a digital camera, it is probably best to use a circular polariser.
