joysness Posted June 26, 2006 Report Share Posted June 26, 2006 Just got an email from my sister in Canada.She, her husband and my oldest brother are on their way for a visit.They expect to arrive July 4th. and will stay for about 5 days. :D I haven't seen my sister and brother-in-law in 20 years and my oldest brother in more than 30 years :0 What a treat.(just noticed, I've been a member on this wonderful forum for two years where doesthe time go???) joysness Posted June 27, 2006 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 I'm really looking forward to this visit.I have two more brothers and a sister in Canada, just wish they could all be here. I was last home in 1980 or '81 and haven't seen them since then.My other sister (there are seven of us all together and I'm the youngest :D ) lives here in the same city as I do but we don't see each other often. Her husband doesn't like me and doesn't like it when we spend time together so we talk on the phone when he's not around but that's about it.At least we'll be able to spend some time together during this visit as it won't be just me. The oldest brother (the one coming out here) just turned 70 last month and has a bad heart so I'm really glad to be able to see him. You just never know how much time you have with those you love.
