:0 Been running OK for some time now. Must be a problem at your end :)

I too have experienced problems with long delays in being able to access the forum. Over the past month or so I have found the forum to be very slow with some long delays in accessing it - especially in the early(ish) morning and evening which I assumed to be "peak" times.

This morning at 6.00 am (hardly a Sunday peak time surely) it took several attempts spread over about 10 minutes before I could climb on board - yet all other web sites I visit were perfectly fine.

We've gone back to shared hosting which means we share the server with other websites. Overall speed is depandant upon the overall load on the server across several sites and not just ours.

There is nothing that can be done I'm afraid!

This may be some of the problem, since the shut down.

The forum certainly hasn't been down.. there may have been something wrong with the route that your ISP takes to get here... did you try pinging Windows Forum Jason??

As for the other access problems, we are now on a shared server so there will be some performance issues from time to time... there isn't an awful lot we can do about that I'm afraid. :(

And, as I wrote that email and sent it, I could enter the forum again :)

Neat, heh ? :D

Anyway, if it is only my case, don't bother too much. As I undertand the forum got a new home and the problems may be inevitable. As I explained in the mail, there may be a maximum connections limit reached.

Thanks again ! :)
