Agent Smith
Poppy, I'm pretty sure it is because the picture used is still where IE saves it. Browse to "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer" and I'm fairly sure you will then find the offending picture titled "internet explorer wallpaper.bmp". Check that it is the picture and then delete it.If you want to stop it from happening again, once you have deleted it, make a new FOLDER (in the above location) and give it the same name including the .bmpSo now you have a folder named "internet explorer wallpaper.bmp", if you now try to save an image as a wallpaper, it will say you are forbidden.Mr. Mouse.
