Process list

can someone tell me which processes are unneccesary and can be removed?

i know this is a hard one, but i need the help cause the computer has been slowed down since we bought it, and my brother said that there should only be a few processes on the list...

You can stop almost everything from loading at start up. A click will soon get programs loaded as you want them. I only load O/S and Anti Malware and a few others. Office, photo editing , Acronis, etc etc are all stopped.

the SI is for the app's when starting up the computer, but i need to know which apps im running at this moment...and what they are...

Press control-alt- delete keys together, that will bring up task manager, they show in that.

The 3 finger salute - cntrl+alt+del brings up TASK manager. Go through the tabs on the top. They show apps currently running that you can select and stop; processes: performance etc. Hope this helps.
