? No.

The BBC is received either direct from the BBC Internet Service or via a radio where the line or headphone output of the receiver is connected into the line input of my computer's soundcard.

Similarly, I have a very old reel to reel tape recorder where the line output (1V p/p) connects to the line in of my computer soundcard.

Oh ok , I think i get it now..

I hate to tell you this but i don't think you can do that , I think the music files from a website like that are in a special format that only there software can read , That would explain why you can't find the files in your temp file directories..

A friend of mine tried almost the same thing here recently , He has been ( supposedly ) downloading movies from a website that allows you to and trying to save them , The problem is he can't find them in his computer , The movie ISO's are in a hidden file or format somewhere..

I have just recorded to my desktop, the first track of your first link, using jetaudio.

As the track is playing you press record on the jetaudio window. I have set it to record to desktop, but you can choose where ever you want.

You can also mix etc with jetaudio. post-2587-1163605028_thumb.jpg
