Gandalph
Winamp may do the trick. Never tried it myself, but my son uses it.

Coreper
i think you guys dont understand me:i want to download the music from a online standalone player, but i cant find them in my temp folders and i cant download them [the download links wont work]examples at: http://www.myspace.com/tyandupwards[its the WMP look-a-like player]i dont want recording programs, but something or a way to make me able to download those files
-pops-
I record sound files from the BBC standalone player using JetAudio to transfer the download to my hard drive. I then edit them with Audacity. Is yours different to that?
Coreper
and if you record, it must be completly silend, right?
-pops-
? No.The BBC is received either direct from the BBC Internet Service or via a radio where the line or headphone output of the receiver is connected into the line input of my computer's soundcard.Similarly, I have a very old reel to reel tape recorder where the line output (1V p/p) connects to the line in of my computer soundcard. dadyassa
I have just recorded to my desktop, the first track of your first link, using jetaudio. As the track is playing you press record on the jetaudio window. I have set it to record to desktop, but you can choose where ever you want. You can also mix etc with jetaudio.
