If cable is available in an area then I can honestly say that NTL are perfectly satisfactory these days. Their customer service left a lot to be desired at one time, but is greatly improved now.

I agree about NTL and their customer service record but what from I can gather their broadband is very good.

I would go with NTL if it was available in my area but unfortunately it's not :(

Anyway, back to doug and from reading a recent thread, he's still on dial-up :blink:

If it was me I would ask for a MAC code and migrate to another ISP and I can't see how he can be tied into the 18 month contract (or whatever it is) as Talk Talk aren't keeping their side of the contract by providing him with a broadband service.
