Thos
I hope Tankus doesn't mind me drawing everyone's attention to this, but he has posted some great pictures accompanied by an interesting storyline in the "miscellaneous" section of the Gallery. If, like me, you only visit the Gallery occasionally, you might miss them which would be a pity.Thos. catgate
Thanks for that Thos, I will have look later. Due to the strong wind which is currently blowing I am taking the opportunity to hang some flour out to dry.

catgate
The pictures are very good. What always amazes me about these events is that the world is able to sustain sufficient activity to generate the money needed to purchase these "objets d'art". Tankus
s'ok Thos .....worth a look if your in London ....., a hell of a concentration of wealth in a fairly small space ..... pretty good venue too , pity about the weather ...still ....!RN St Albans left me a bit gob-smacked though .... It was like HMS Belfast with some nailed down laptops for upgrades , except Belfast is better built and has armour ..... St Albans hull plating was so thin in places you could see the support frame underneath ,where rough weather had indented the hull in unsupported areas between the ribs ... I seriously doubt it would stop a bullet .......Inside was one big unlit match
