Didn't AlanHo have something to do with the original design?)Thos, I just discovered that if you right-click the WF coloured hash at top left of the Main Index page, then touch copy shortcut. Close WF, then right-click your desktop and paste the icon there, you have the coloured hash icon as your shortcut!!! ;)

I cannot get the lovely coloured hash as the icon, it substitutes the IE icon.Andsome. I did try your suggestion but it won't change the icon on the desktop. I suspect that program may not yet be compatible with Vista.Alanho. Did you not get excited about this problem some months ago and as far as I can recall it was never resolved.Thos. Irene
I forgot that you had moved to Vista! Would it be worth putting a post on the Vista category to see if anyone else has the same problem?

I lost all my dedicated site icons, I think Crap Cleaner can cause it. Favorg brought them all back in XP.
Thos
Just an up-date about the icon for the forum. I couldn't restore it, but this morning for a reason I cannot fathom, the icon has now appeared on my desktop as the original "coloured hash sign, so graphically described by Irene. Computers have a mind of their own!Thos.
