Microsoft Can't Use Own Software To Pay Washington State Taxes

That means Microsoft and other companies that have to pay taxes to fund unemployment insurance in Washington State will have to use computers running an older version of the Windows operating system if they want to file electronically.

Geeze..! , what's next..?

We're at the time when I will be testing Vista for filing my 2006/07 tax return here in the UK. Will our Inland Revenue software be compatible?

Thos.

I do hope you do not cause an "outage". I rely on your millions for my pension.

They don't require a return from me these days. This is about the only benefit from having a fixed private pension.

They never used to require one from me. But one year I queried my tax code and they said "well, complete a return and we will check". Ever since I have been sent a return but I fill it in on-line and, dare I say it, I quite enjoy it!!

I've just been doing mine on-line earlier today.

If I had known how much you enjoy it, you could have done mine too!
