Had a great day on the Lake with my wife and our friends. 4 3/4 pounds of butterfly filleted yellow perch in the freezer. After 1 1/2 hours of fishing spent the rest of the day cooling off in the water at our favorite swimming hole. When our now adult children were real children, we had a motor boat which we used to tow to South Wales, where we would holiday in a caravan and go off at first tide with the boat and troll for mackerel. Nothing like it!! :DWhen we used to holiday in static caravans when the kids were little, I had a go at mackerel fishing from the beach, and admit that for a while I did enjoy that, as the fish were so tasty.
