Hello knowlesy27, wellcome to Forum.

First, I should point out that jdbgmgr.exe is NOT a virus. This file is the Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java, and is a valid component of windows. That does not mean however that it cannot be infected by a virus! The problem arises in finding which virus, if any, you actually have.

I have dione some checking for you, and I would suggest that you read the following three links. I suspect that the third link may solve your problem, but please read the other two first.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 322993

Jdbgmgr.exe file hoax

W32.Bugbear

I hope this will help your problem, but if not please post back.

Regards. Mr. Mouse.
