Thanks Mike!

I just ran the scan on the file mentioned in my thread (Trend Online) started earlier today.

It is a Zip-file called CinPoza.zip (Trend called it TROJ_AGENT.OIC).

The path to the file was C:\stuff/blaster/fixes/computer associates/CinPoza.

The result from virustotal.com was that 10/32 of the scanners thought it was a Trojan or suspect file.

Additional information (given at the end of the report)

File size: 342248 bytes

MD5: 5aa027211d0065a20747e2dc4daa22a6

SHA1: f63152da1979ffef2fff6a1518d9af2b4e234932

packers: UPX

packers: UPX

packers: UPX

I'm still not sure what to do about it, so any comments would be appreciated. :flowers:

Irene

I think its actually ClnPoza not CinPoza ?

That was a utility issued by Computer Associates about 4 years ago to clean a machine affected by Win32.Poza aka Blaster ???

see - http://www.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinf...s.aspx?id=36594
