catgate Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 Over the last year or so there has been an increase in the use of "dude" or "man" (and others) as an appellation at the beginning or end of a post.Would it not be proper to make some sort of indication in ones profile as to whether one was a dude or a man or something totally different, like a ham sandwich (with or without mustard) or a bro? This goes along with such saying at the beginning of a thread such as , "OK, here's the deal". To what deal are they referring?
