Solaris2. Ubuntu3. Vista (ultimate)4. XP (dunno, XP or Pro)5. Mac OSX Leopard6. Novell Linux SUSEAll on one 500GB Hard-Drive. I am thinking of giving each 83GB, but they will probably be less due to lost space.Please tell me what I should do!Thanks in advance,PanarchyPS: No, I haven't finished my computer build yet, I just need a graphics card which I will be getting tomorrow. trackrat Posted December 12, 2007 Report Share Posted December 12, 2007 If you are really going to try to do 6 OS's, I suggest you read about partitioning hard drives as you will need hsf for MAC, ext3 & reiser for Linux and NTFS for Windows.Also you need to know about bootloaders so if it goes wrong, you can edit them.You also need to research which order to install them.(Windows, BSD) can ONLY be installed into a PRIMARY partition.Linux (and swap) can be installed into a primary or logical partition.As you have an old computer I suggest you do a lot of reading and then try things out on the old one so when you trash it (and you will) it does not matter but you will learn from your mistakes without trashing your new computer.If you do attempt this the best of luck, you will need it.
