catgate
Due to the predation, by the ever increasing world population of whales, the world stock of Krill is falling at an alarming rate, such that in the next few years the worlds whales will have to resort to cannibalism. Unless you are an avid sushi addict this latter will not be a problem, because, since the discovery of hydrocarbon substitutes, whale oil has become superfluous. However it is a problem for the krill and the rest of the world because the krill perform a most vital function in the prevention of global warming (or 'grobar warming' in the Far East). The mechanism is simple. The Krill extract calcium from the sea water and carbon dioxide from the air, (the alpha males are also able to extract carbon monoxide from the air, and, by adding an extra oxygen atom, obtained by splitting an oxygen molecule, are thus able to make their own carbon dioxide when rutting). By combining the calcium and the carbon dioxide they are able to make calcium carbonate which they use in the building of their shells. This extraction of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide from the air is obviously very important as far as global warming is concerned and so it is vital that whale culling should commence again,Unfortunately, until this can be done, the whales have to be tempted to eat other food.It has been found that they can often be tempted with a nice boiled ham sandwich, providing it contains a small quantity of good quality French Mustard of the Dijon type (made with real wine vinegar) and butter on the bread rather than any type of margarine (this goes back into the psychic folk memory of the whales). So on the basis of work done so far and appeal is being made for the funding of supplies to facilitate the delivery of approximately 300 tons per day of wholemeal sliced loaves 5 tons of ham and the necessary butter, and Dijon mustard into Antarctica. ( The question of salt has not yet been sorted out, some of the smaller whales seem to prefer their sandwiches without). The intention is to acquire three large ships to use as a 24 hour round the clock shuttle service to collect the bread, ham, butter etc from Tesco and, as it is being transported south into Antarctica, make up the sandwiches in transit, in the specially constructed Sandwicheries. These can then be loaded into the "delivery pods" still whilst travelling, so that as soon as Antarctica is reached the pods can be activated, and the rapid return journey for replenishment of supplies can begin. You assistance is desperately needed to help to bring hope and salvation to these cuddly lovable creatures before it is too late. Their future is our future, Please help now.
doug
I disagree. This is only a Krill or cure approach!

catgate
Your harsh approaches can only lead me to believe you have never actually seen an alpha male Krill in the rut.
doug
If you are referring to the Krill rutting season do they do it upside down in Antarctica?
