catgate Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 I have just seen a news item on TV which said the Margaret Beckett has taken over as Chairman of Parliaments Intelligence and Security Committee in charge of GCHQ.!!!!! If she makes as big a success of the job as she did with DEFRA then I fear for us all.Well it makes as much sense as putting someone who can't add up in charge of the Treasury.
