Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough money?
Criminal, that's what I think! :angry:

How on earth do they expect people who are 'on their uppers' to make a financial recovery, when they are being charged extortionate amounts by the banks?

It's so they can get you further into debt and charge you more for letting you know you are in debt.
