They are usually fitted on the collection of headers that are placed bottom, right of the motherboard - the manual should indicate where.However, some motherboards, especially ASUS ones, don't have a beeper header (I've had several like that) but the beeper is supplied in the pack of bits as a matter of course. On to some of these you will have connected various things, some of which are the GO button, front panel connections,speaker connectors etc.There are usually marking on/near them, for which you may need a magnifying glass, which will indicate which is for what, if you can decipher it.
