If it is fake then there may be other malware it brought with it preventing you accessing the Microsoft sites ?

Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware from :-

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Install it, update it and then do a Quick scan and then kill whatever it finds.

Then reboot, run it again and do a Full scan.

If those websites are blocked for you then it could very well be your fake software.

You could also try

www.softpedia.com

www.download.com

...it should be on them.

Also, your login ID could be getting logged by the people who made your fake Windows Live - perhaps you should try changing your password and maybe secret question thing.

But, why are you using a fake Windows Live Messenger anyway?

If you didn't want the official version, why not go for something like aMSN?

Another question: when using your fake Windows Live program have you ever had problems with the mouse disappearing or acting on its own accord or being signed in and out?

why dont u pick up ur butt and leave me alone, i have problem here and im realy mad right now becouse of this...go morroning someone else

Tut tut. Very bad English. I feel fully justified in pointing out that users of fake software fully deserve any problems that occur.

What do you mean "live" is fake?

Windows Live Messenger is the real version.

Are you able to log into your hotmail account?

as fake i mean it just installs and i cant use it, my hotmail is untuched

If you had said what you meant, I would not have been disparaging about you trying to install fake software.

Try using this. :D
