AlanHo Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 Windows 7 includes a tool for taking screen shots which is simple and easy to use.It is called the "Snipping Tool" and can be found in the Accessories section of "All Programs"I sent mine to the desktop as a desktop shortcut and dragged the icon into the Taskbar so that it is permanently accessible.I am aware that there are many other screen shot tools available - including the standard PrtScn function - but this Microsoft tool enables you to easily capture any rectangle on the screen and save the picture where you like or send it via your default Email. Any jealous XP users can also take advantage of a similar tool (Free !)
