The latest 2 are: memory_management (ntkrnlpa.exe, and ntfs.sys) 0x0000001a. I have literally swapped out every single part with a new one, yet the problem has carried over. I've tried different Win 7 discs, new cables, you name it i swapped it out. I messed with timings, updated the BIOS, i've run memtest86+ many times overnight. Hardware/Software is as follows:Win 7 Home 32 BitIntel E7500Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P rev. 1.6Kingston PC-8500 KHX8500D2K2 (4GB) (Originally had GSKILL PC2-8500 F2-8500CL5D (4GB))Gigabyte 9500GTCheapo 500watt Rosewill PSUCPU temp 39cHD temp 35CBSOD occurs randomly whether at start-up, idling or under load.. Thanks for reply, but no go on external USBs.. Can I ask why such USBs would make or effect a difference since the OS loads and runs just fine but at random times the BSOD occurs!!??Again, appreciate the thoughts and opinions... Although the stated limit of memory is 4GB for 32 bit W7 this doesn't necessarily mean the amount of RAM in sticks, the practical limit for RAM is nearer to 3GB.Test the machine by removing all but one stick and see how it behaves. If no better, swap that stick for one of the others.Your use of the word "cheapo" is of concern, especially in regard to something as important as a PSU.You say the machine is new. Is this a commercial machine or a home build? If commercial, it would have been better to return it to the seller for examination. That option is lost now following the swap outs. Alan2273 Posted February 26, 2010 Report Share Posted February 26, 2010 You state it has a cheap PSU, this could cause your problems, as you have tested the memory and other parts it could be down to to faulty motherboard or a faulty PSU.Cheap PSU's can cause all sorts of problems as they never have any where near the peak power they quote.
