I just hope for those who have Norton that this works better than the tools that I tried when I was foolish enough to install Norton some years ago. I finally had to contact SUPPORT. It took the personal intervention of one of their tech staff, several removal tools, followed by editing of the registry to get rid of it. Even then I had occasional pop ups telling me to update Norton, and it was by then supposedly all uninstalled. I finally formatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
